This is the strangest thing I've ever see happening to my vehicle. I parked it in an bare parking lot, facing a wall and away from the street. I get out of late to drop something off and I'd be hindmost in second, so I just disappeared my keys contained by and the door open.
I am walking, and subsequent thing I know I see my saloon rolling back near no driver towards the street. It goes up within the sidewalk as I rush back attempting to stop it. Luckily it stopped by itself minus hitting anything, but when I got within, I saw the transmission on Drive!
If I have it on drive when I left the coup¨¦, it should've gone forwards and hit the wall right in front of the vehicle, but it went backwards, suggesting it be on reverse. But I'd have no apology to have it on reverse as I be getting out.
Weirdest of all, I didn't consideration it was on drive when I not here the car and it did stop by itself in need causing any disfavour. A man driving by stared at me with a strange look contained by his face. And I wasn't giant. It DID happen.
What the hell?
Answers: When your motor is off the nouns pump is not pumping fluid to engage the clutch pack. Even if it's in drive or reverse, if you are on an incline it can still roll.
Perhaps someone broke within and set the car on reverse idk
