I have a friend who just get in an accident and have his restricted license. The only problem is that he had two other relatives in the car when he be only allowed to have one. Will they filch his license away til he's 18, or will he get his restricted license back within 6 months? I'm not sure, please help! Also, will the cops call the people's parents who be in the car?
