like you know on highways when they refix the roads and rehash them, how come when a bridge comes they skip over it and keep working on the road?

Answers: It's called not wasting money. Chances are that they have bridge repairs planned in the near adjectives, so why repave the bridge when a month or so later they'll just rip it up again.

Its called saving some money for the bridges for not ripping them up when they resurface the freeway. I remember when they resurfaced 1-696 a few months latter they were closing bridges and tearing them down and rebuilding, the prevalent bridge on Gratiot they left one lane open while they worked on the other two for both sides.
