If they're concentrating on shifting the gears & not stalling a manual later they arent paying as much attention to the road. So i'd say a hastily car approaching a porsche or Ferrarri, or BMW M series mostly come in stick & if you cant feel the power then the stick one and only adds to the likelihood of crashing.
