Did you ever report a speeding truck...

Answers:    Both can be bad and dangerous depending on how severe the downpour or robust the snowfall.
I have been out surrounded by a heavy downpour and had to verbs over because there is no way I could see where on earth I was going plus the car be hydroplaning.
I have been out within a bad snowstorm (being from eastern Canada getting it a lot this year) all the same have never had to verbs over - for one thing people tend to slow down - even within a snow storm I can still see better than in a rain storm - plus unlike within a rain storm - during a snow storm you have the plows out to clear the roads so that it make them drivable. In a heavy rain downpour I own been in them where on earth I just feel approaching the car is almost wading thru the dampen.
So my preference is a snow storm over a rain storm - I can see better and find drivers will give somebody a lift more care on the road for the most slice.

Carabiners and the Auto Show?

They are both bad,but I own seen the time when it was raining so complex that I pulled over until it slowed up. I've seen it snow as bad too. But as a intact,I like the rain better than the snow.
I would hold to say the rain. I hold almost a million miles in a semi, and I much prefer to drive in the snow, anyday. Most folks don't realize how harmful slick wet roads are and drive much too fast on them. Plus, at darkness, visibility is reduced quite a bit, headlights just dont show as economically on wet roads.
Most people realize snowy roads are slippery and tend to slow down, which probably save their lives.

Why don't associates use their signals at...

could be either one, but I MUCH prefer snow than rain. I get the impression visibility (except in white-out conditions) is better with snow, especially at darkness because there is less glower. People drive slower in the snow as well, so accident tend to be less severe when they do happen.
