California...a friend is changing lane on the freeway to prepare to exit. She moves over to the right lane, (she thought safely) and was hit from astern by another car( bumper came off) this hit sends her spinning across the lane to the left and she is again hit contained by the passenger rear door by a second vehicle. Whos at idiosyncrasy and who pays for which cars repairs.?
Answers: any time you get flipside ended, it's the other guy's guiltiness. The police would have to determine if the first wreck be enough to bring the second. She could still get damp squib to maintain. Probably not, though.
I would own said your friend - she should have made sure the lane be free before pulling over into it.
