I was at the intersection on a red neutral, when it turned green I drove straight and as I was going a coup¨¦ on my left mitt side made a left turn into my row hitting my car on the backbone of the left side of the vehicle. He claimed that he had a protected gone turn when he made the turn. But when I stop on the side half a dozen cars aft me passed us. Also I later checked that intersection, when his green arrow come up it is also green for for the cars going straight surrounded by his direction.
