Whose reproach would this enjoy be?

I was driving through a parking lot today trying to find a spot. Well, this saloon starts to pull out contained by front of me so I hit my breaks. The parking lines are slanted though so she was head right for me. There wasn't enough time to hindmost up so I layed down on my horn. She was really nutty...I thought I had the right of path but now I'm not sure because she be so mad. She be within inches of hitting my vehicle! Would it have be my fault or hers for not checking her mirrors?

How do you stop your from sliding...



Answers:    Technically you have the right of way. Legally, in attendance is normally no right of opening in a parking lot. An happenstance would have be her fault, the process you described it, but it would likely own been classed as 50-50. You found a process to avoid it, and that is the primary thing.
