Should blind people really be allowed to drive?

Have the highest sports car manufacturer created...

Answers:    It is so that the apparatus and the bank that sponsors it is contained by compliance with ADA (Americans next to Disabilities Act) requirements.

No, I highly doubt that any one beside sight limitations is going to drive up to the local ATM, but if it is accessible to the public, after it must be accessible to all folks.

Same goes for the audible range impaired. Anyplace that does public announcements is suppose to provide reader boards (you know... the LED signs that the message scroll across) for those with audible range issues, but alas... not that many do. I know this from experience. :-}

Hope this help....

Do you dream up cell phone companies...

Blind people generally have drivers. They could be surrounded by the back form and fully use the ATM like everyone else.
