Why dont individuals drive next to due comfort and attention to the situation around them when surrounded by their cars?

i am a professional driver of buses but had to bestow it up because of the worsening behaviour and attitudes of drivers at the present time is it because of the food we eat ?the intensity of our lives ?i dont reflect on so , i believe the driving test have become so advanced that new drivers are rebel and as soon as they get their full liscence they drive scantily on purpose i would love to know if anyone else have similar views on this subject , it is a subject i contemplation about and im not looking for a conflict just want to know what is going on , and why drivers are so self held when in their vehicle , merily chatting on their mobiles changing the cd checking their structure a million other thing s and why are kids so defectively behaved contained by cars these days when i be a boy you behaved so that the parent or full-size driving could concentrate but now at hand is no respect for anyone or anything , people own become very destructive thank you for your time i hope we can sort these things out some daytime soon

Answers: I think the age for driving should be highly developed straight away to stop the young idiots endanger life's when they pass their experiment. Also when a car go to have it's M.O.T if the saloon has be modified in any track the M.O.T station has to report it to the D.V.L.A to trademark sure they have be previously informed to stop the young kids from thinking they own a sports car because they enjoy put a 4" backbox on a 1.1 Corsa/Saxo.

It is because they are too busy driving to wallmart talking on their cellphones..... remember they dont work so they are driving around adjectives day chitchat on their phones.... I see it all the time.
