recently I.G.Sandhya said at a road safety gathering. majority of accident victims are two wheeler drivers and that too youngsters. they lack leniency. our roads are not to their expectations.if they attain 35 years they will be more patient and more careful on the roads.

my opinion is i think you should be at tiniest 18 to operate a 2-wheeler and 21 to operate a car. too many immature ones on the road that don't pay attention and cant drive.( surrounded by my state anyway) i think that you should have to retate a driving try-out every time you renew your license also, i think people would be more reliable with driving then.
