Cameras enjoy to use ACPO's rule of 10% plus 1mph. most use that rule plus 2mph. this will take into vindication the tollerance of the speedo.
So if you doing 36 in a 30, ticket on its route, 34 your ok.
But note this just really works if your speedo is very accurate!. but simply because the cameras flashes doesnt mean a ticket is on its means of access, and if your havnt heard anything next to approx 14days then you hold nothing to verbs about as this is when the NIP (notice of intended prosecution) have to be sent to you.
